1. What is the shipping timeframe?
United States, Europe, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia: 5–15 business days
Rest of the world: 5–20 business days

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. How do I make an exchange?
Email contact@zuupet.com with your order details and the item to be exchanged. Our team will provide instructions.

5. My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt and send a photo of the damage. We will assess eligibility for a free replacement.

6. Are there return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping, except in cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped products.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, PayPal. Additional options will be implemented soon.

8. Can I track international orders?
Yes, all orders include a tracking number, regardless of the destination country.
